Please be patient this site is under construction!! And I am just learning how to construct!! =)

We started with just one little black lamb and have found a more than a hobby, but some wonderful little animals.

Shetland sheep are relatively small and are bred for both their wool and the meat. Adult ewes range in size from 80 - 100 lbs and an adult ram from approximately 150lbs. Shetlands are a very hardy breed and do well in the wetter climate the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Site and Farm Updates
In the coming days and months we hope to start a small farm business with our sheep and wool. Please check often to see what is happening with Berry Hill Shetlands.
Georgie!

My Corkboard

Shetlands have become a family affair!
The whole family has gotten involved with taking care of our sheep. Mark and Corey have build several small (and not so small) shelters for them. Dani and Becky take care of most of the daily routines of feeding and most importantly the petting!
